1.  Services & Bookings

• CharlotteDragBrunch.com provides entertainment services (drag brunch events), ticket sales, and booking options for drag performers. 
• All performers operating in events booked through this site are independent contractors.
• Any booking request submitted via our Site is subject to availability, verification, and final confirmation by us.
• No performer is guaranteed by CharlotteDragBrunch.com until the booking is formally confirmed.
   

2.  Ticket Purchases

• When you purchase a ticket via our Site (or affiliated ticketing partners), you are making a reservation for an event. 
• All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, as per our Refund Policy.
• Tickets must be presented at the event; we reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if tickets are lost, invalid, or misused.
• CharlotteDragBrunch.com is not responsible for re-selling or transferring tickets on your behalf.
   

3.  Payment & Fees

• Payments for ticket purchases are processed through our third-party ticketing platform or payment processor. 
• You agree to pay all amounts charged by that processor, including any fees for your ticket order.
• CharlotteDragBrunch.com does not store or view your full payment card details; all payment information is handled securely by our payment partners.
   

4.  Event Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event for any reason (venue, performer, safety, etc.). 
• In the case of an event cancellation by us, ticket holders may receive a refund or credit, at our discretion, per our Refund Policy.
• In the case of postponed events, your ticket remains valid for the new date unless otherwise specified.
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
   

5.  Code of Conduct & Venue Behavior

• As a ticket holder or attendee, you agree to respect the venue, performers, staff, and other guests. 
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event for behavior deemed dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful, with no refund issued.
• You must comply with venue rules, including capacity limits, age restrictions, and safety regulations.
   

6.  Intellectual Property

• All content, images, graphics, and branding on CharlotteDragBrunch.com are the property of CharlotteDragBrunch.com or its licensors. 
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without prior written consent.
• Any user-generated content (e.g., photos, reviews) you submit may be used by us for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.
   

7.  Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues due to events outside our control (natural disasters, illness, travel disruptions, government acts). 
• In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

10.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
