REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: November 19, 2022

1. All Sales Are Final 

• Every ticket purchased through CharlotteDragBrunch.com or our ticketing partners is final sale.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal conflict, or inability to attend the event.
   

2. Event Cancellations by Us

• If Charlotte Drag Brunch cancels an event for any reason, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
• In the event of cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund of the ticket purchase price. Processing and reimbursement timing will depend on our ticketing partner’s policies.
   

3. Postponements or Rescheduling

• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
• We generally do not offer refunds for postponements. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact us and we will attempt to assist, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
   

4. Performer Substitutions

• On rare occasions, drag performers or hosts may change. These substitutions do not qualify for refunds.
• The artistic nature of our shows means that talent changes do not alter the validity of your ticket.
   

5. No Refund for “No Shows”

• Tickets are non-refundable if you do not show up for the event.
• We do not issue credits, vouchers, or refunds for no-shows.

Our “no refunds” policy helps us operate sustainable, high-quality drag brunches and drag events. We plan performers, venues, and production based on ticket sales. Our policy is consistent with common entertainment and live-performance ticketing practices. Thank you.
